Shipping And Handling

We want you to get your purchase as quickly as possible so we aim to dispatch goods the same day (if we receive the order before 3.30pm). Goods are sent via first class royal mail unless otherwise stated.

United Kingdom

Because 95% of all orders are shipped the same day via first class mail your should receieve your goods within 2 working days. However, delays do occasionally happen so please leave 7 working days before reporting the goods as undelivered. 

International Orders
Most international orders are received within 7-10 working days, but it can take longer depending on country. In view of this please report undelivered items after 15 working days (for countries within the EU) and 28 working days (for countries outside the EU)   

Refunds

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

We accept the return of items only if they are unopened (except in cases where the item has to be tried for fit) and in their original condition. If you return goods as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective Items

You can always return items if they are defective. We will only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective.

Delivery Charges

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to refund the postage costs incurred in sending the error/defective item to us subject to certain conditions outlined below.

UK Postage Refunds

Postage refunds will be authorized for returned items sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post only.

International Postage Refunds

Postage refunds can only be authorized if you have sent the item using a "standard international service" from your national postal organization for return (this would be USPS in the United States and Australia Post in Australia).

We will not refund postage costs if you use a premium/expedited service

We will not accept returns made by private carrier company e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL e.t.c.

If the item returned is found not to be defective or sent in error by us; you will be responsible for the postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
 
Cancelling An Item
 
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. If you wish to cancel the contract please email sales@drivenandridden.com stating your name, email address, the date of purchase, and the item name. 
 

Currency

All purchases made on this website are in pounds sterling. Drivenandridden.com does not take any responsibility for the exchange rate charged by your bank, credit / debit card provider, or paypal.
